President & Principal Engineer
Alan has a diversified construction and engineering background in the industries he has supported, the materials he has used, and the positions he has held. While getting his undergraduate degree, he worked as a laborer and drafter for his father’s residential construction company, learning how to swing a hammer and handle a T-square.
During and immediately after his postgraduate studies, he was a field technician and structural design engineer with masonry engineering experts Atkinson-Noland & Associates, specializing in non-destructive testing and historic preservation. This was followed by being the lead structural design engineer for Bentley Architects + Engineers, where he designed overhead sign structures & gantries for the transportation industry, and entire campuses of buildings for municipal government agencies.
Switching gears, Alan joined the Department of Defense as a lead facility engineer for the U.S. Navy – Training Systems Division. His responsibilities included the training systems inputs in the planning, design, and construction of naval facilities on bases throughout the United States.
Most recently, Alan was the Director of Engineering for AW Solutions, a telecom A+E firm, where he was the Engineer of Record (EOR) for hundreds of transmission tower equipment installations.

Vice President & Principal Engineer
Dale has a diverse engineering background in structural engineering. His work started with structural engineering in telecommunications structures where he supported the design of rooftop platforms, building retrofits, and telecom towers.
After a few years working in the telecommunication industry, Dale transitioned over to the power delivery space where he was instrumental in the design and analysis of transmission lines ranging from distribution to 500kV. This work included line design, supporting structure design, and substation structure design.
For the majority of the past decade, Dale has supported the steel fabrication industry in NY, designing and analyzing buildings and their connections.

Structural Designer
Dave started his AutoCAD career as an electrical drafter for a year at Reflectone, followed by a year at Lockheed Martin as a mechanical drafter, and then two years at Jacobs Engineering as an architectural/civil drafter.
He then found his calling as a structural/civil drafter and designer in the telecommunications world, with a combined twenty years at Pacific 17/Alcoa/AW Solutions.
With Knight Engineering, Dave has expanded his computer-based drafting expertise to include Tekla.

Project Manager
Jeff started out drafting in AutoCAD over 30 years ago for the automotive industry in Michigan. He even spent part of his time in the beginning with a pencil in hand on old school drafting boards.
His primary focus then was Controls Engineering, which combined electrical engineering and programmable logic-controlled machinery (including older relay-driven machinery, as well).
As the auto industry began to migrate away from mid-Michigan, he and his young family decided to take a chance and use his drafting and management skills in Florida in a new discipline of engineering. He joined a firm at the turn of the century that specialized in wireless telecommunications infrastructure. He was soon appointed manager of their CAD team and began a long career of functional and project management in the telecommunications field.
A few years later, a small group banded together in 2006 to create their own company. Jeff helped build that company from the ground up as an Executive Vice President and an owner. From there, he led countless projects and managed a wide range of personnel.
He held that position for over 14 years, spanning 3G, 4G, and 5G migrations. He has seen every type of wireless telecommunications installation imaginable and has a deep knowledge of every engineering discipline involved: civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.
